As you might remember, I said that all the stories I write here are from personal experiences. I never said though that all are mine. My wife is a fighter when it comes to customer service, experience and feedback. She does most of the online shopping for the house and she takes great pride into finding the best products, quality and pricewise. It happens also that he has to face many cases where things do not go as planned, either with faulty products, bad promises, stupid customer service or ideal cases for me to present here. When I realized the possibilities to produce material for here, while she buys products or services, I told her to adjust accordingly her actions in order to test the system. And oh boy, does the system produce some great results for me.

At some point I thought to do something similar, taking as an example my experience from an RPG that I play several years now. I always played the witty kind guy, that wants to help. But what if I became a jerk, not only in the game but in real life? Could this help me get better results?

So from now on if I see that the system allows for mistakes, or it is not prepared for extreme or active reactions from the customer, I will push it to test their limits. Let’s see where it will take us.
